About me

I was born in 1973 in Bangalore, India, and I have been living in France since 2001. My artistic journey began at the Faculty of Fine Arts, MSU Baroda, and continued at the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris. Over the years, my work has been supported by the Institut Français, the Centre National des Arts Plastiques (CNAP), the Regional Directorate for Cultural Affairs (DRAC), and the Regional Council of the Centre-Val de Loire Region.

Through my installations, I seek to transform space using objects and drawings, creating immersive environments where past, present, and future intersect. These environments reflect my own sense of inner exile — a space of movement, memory, and transformation.

My recent solo exhibitions have been held in France and India, at venues such as Chapelle Saint-Jacques, Fondation Martell, Château d’Oiron, the Mobilier National, Nuit Blanche, and the Alliance Française in New Delhi. I have also taken part in numerous group exhibitions in France (MAC VAL, Triennale de Vendôme, Salon de Montrouge, Espace Fondation EDF), in the United States (MASS MoCA), and in India (Sakshi Gallery, Mumbai).
